Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New workspaces get one 14-day Plus trial (full Plus features with trial limits). A card is required to start; after the trial, choose Lite, Plus, or Max.

How does outbound WhatsApp billing work?

Every inbound and outbound WhatsApp message includes a $0.01 Converra platform fee — including templates. Utility and authentication templates also use Meta's country rates plus a 15% platform fee when outside the 24-hour window (after your plan's monthly utility allowance). Marketing templates are always Meta rates + 15% on top of the per-message platform fee.

How do AI conversations work?

Plus includes 500 AI conversations per month and Max includes 5,000. One conversation equals one successful AI-handled reply. Workflow AI generate/edit uses 5 conversations per success. Overage is billed at your plan's meter rate.

What happens if I exceed the contact or workflow limit?

You will be notified in your workspace as you approach limits. Once reached, new contacts or workflows cannot be added until you upgrade.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing in your workspace.

Do I need a developer?

No. Converra is built for business owners. Connect WhatsApp, pick a template, activate.
